The Big World Villas project will develop 218 condominiums with recurring revenues derived from rental fees, products, and services. The project will be constructed in four phases. The first phase will consist of forty-eight units in six buildings as well as the pool, administration, restaurant, lounge, daiquiri bar, and other various amenities and services.
The second phase will consist of the construction of the remaining amenities as well as another six buildings with fifty-seven units. The remaining phases will be constructed separately. The entire project is expected to be completed three and a half years from today’s date. The services and products available to owners or clients will, for the most part, be outsourced.
The marine activities and onshore tours will be outsourced to The Lost Coast Excursions, a company from Alaska with ten years experience in the tour business and a list of satisfied clients that number in the thousands. The other services such as the market, yoga and massages, boutique shopping, coffee bar and bakery, helicopter services, etc., will be outsourced to local businesses. The management company, BWV Management S.A., will retain the ownership and management of the restaurant, daiquiri bar, and the unit rental businesses.
The project will be governed by a Home Owners Association and will follow guidelines set in the Covenant Codes and Restrictions determined there within. Big World S.A. will select the management team of the H.O.A. for the first two years of the life of the project then will turn over nomination and selection of management team members to the owners.
THE APARTMENTS shall be delivered with the following finishings and appliances:

- All items described above will be installed.
