The freshly redesigned site offers inside views into the booming Central American country, including video tours, virtual imaging of the hottest properties, interactive maps, newsletters, and a full, English-language Latin American news portal.
Taking advantage of the proliferation of broadband internet access, New World Realty Group offers the latest and most sophisticated web technologies to bring a detailed, inside view of Panama and its thriving real estate market.
“The vast majority of our clients are in North America, and while Panama is very accessible by air, our new site offers interested buyers the chance to see what Panama has to offer from the comfort of their homes,” says Michael Lawrence, the architect of the new site. “It can be an important first step in giving real estate prospectors a strong sense of the property market here in Panama.”

“It helps to humanize the website,” says Mr Lawrence. “It shows prospective clients our website is run by a real company with real employees who are here to assist them with their real estate purchases.”
Existing clients can keep track of new developments in Panama as well, adds Mr Lawrence, and follow the progress on their pre-construction units with 3-D tours of building sites, and live web-cams of fast-growing neighborhoods.
“Multimedia helps clients to virtually walk through pre-construction developments, and gain a better understanding of how the project will look when it is actually built,” says Mr Lawrence. “We want to make sure people can see first-hand what is happening here, and the incredible rate of change.”
