Construction began earlier this month on the latest landmark to grace the skyline of downtown Panama City, the Trump Ocean Club. This project is set to bring a previously unavailable level of luxury and elegance to this fast-growing Latin American capital.

The Trump Ocean Club will be located in the newest and hottest neighborhood in downtown Panama City, Punta Pacifica. Donald Trump's latest signature venture has a unique twist in that owners of condominiums in this building will also have the ability to rent out their unit as part of the state of the art Hotel and Entertainment complex, which also includes a casino, yacht club and private beach club on Contadora Island.

Consisting of 65 floors and at a total cost of over $200 million USD this project is one of the most ambitious and unique in Latin America. This landmark is set to be completed by 2009.
